My personal criteria for using The JPM Group over and above other contractors are due to several factors which make them the best choice.
I have regular contact with all Contract Managers who always deliver a good service; they deal with any issues in a fast and professional manner and are always clear in their communications so we can manage all our client and tenant expectations accurately. I find the operational staff proactive and always willing to go the extra mile.
I find them innovative and forward thinking, providing solutions to individual issues and advising on the frequencies of Periodcal Cleans to ensure my buildings always present well regardless of occupation levels.
In choosing contractors it is always great to build a relationship which is reliable and supportive so when emergencies happen you can be sure of a response. I have had many of these incidents where The JPM Group have been invaluable.
The general approach of all staff is excellent, they are all very polite and their customer focus is beyond reproach, they all speak professionally with no tuts, eye rolling or “yeah mate”, experienced within their area of business, always provide feedback to questions/requests in a timely fashion with the information required. This is from the bottom of the chain to the top at Director level, from ordering extra or querying consumables, adding comments or additions to a business plan or fine tuning a cleaning regime. I never get the impression that it is too much trouble for them to assist me in whatever is being asked.
